"We finally cleaned up public housing in New Orleans. We couldn't do it, but God did."
So now they have a chance to tear down old buildings and build new ones and the people who were displaced will just have to continue being displaced for another 10 years until the buildings are re-built.
Evil upon evil, Um Ibrahim. They have no trouble sleeping at night.
